Bacon, Ham & Pineapple Pizza

What’s better than pizza? Homemade Pizza!

Makes 2 pizzas


Ingredients


Topping

1 Cup mozzarella

½ Pineapple, diced

2 Fresh chillies, finely chopped

½ Red onion, sliced in rings

1 Cup diced bacon and smoked russians

2 Tbsp tomato paste

2 Tbsp Steakhouse sauce


Pizza Base

2 Cups cake flour

2 Tsp yeast

1 Tbsp Sugar

1 Tsp salt

1 Tbsp olive oil

1 Cup lukewarm water


Method


Let's start by making the base. In bowl, mix flour, yeast, sugar and salt. Then pour olive oil and water. Combine everything together then transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead until soft.


For a thin base: Roll out the dough immediately and then brush the dough with tomato paste and steakhouse sauce then add your toppings and bake until the cheese has fully melted.


For a thick base: Put the dough in a clean bowl then cover the dough and leave it to rise for 45min to an hour. Then roll it out, brush dough with tomato paste and steakhouse sauce and add toppings and bake until the cheese has fully melted.
