Serves 2
Ingredients
1Kg mince
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Red onion, diced
½ Red pepper, diced
1 Tbsp chilli flakes
1 Tbsp salt & pepper
3 Tbsp tomato paste
4 Tbsp pasta sauce
2 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
Method
Heat oil in a pan, pour vegetables and sauté. Once the onion is translucent, add mince and sauté until the mince is well browned. Add dry ingredients and wet ingredients then combine well. Let it simmer for ten minutes on medium heat and then serve immediately.
Tip: Serve with any pasta of your choice.
